Phil Hayden in Buenos Aires, ArgentinaDr. Phillip L. Hayden is an environmental process engineer with over 25 years of experience evaluating, auditing and designing control systems for water and wastewater treatment. He has conducted numerous bench scale and pilot plant studies of a wide range of industrial wastewaters including, beverage, breweries, corn syrup, dairy products and vegetable processing. He has also developed and operated a full service, certified environmental and industrial laboratory, managed site investigations and remediation projects and managed water projects all over the world. He has designed and started over 30 water and wastewater treatment systems processing beverage wastewaters. He is an expert in modeling biological wastewater treatment processes. He is a Diplomat of the American Academy of Environmental Engineers (DEE), a Diplomat of the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (CIH), a Fellow of the American Institute of Chemists and a registered Professional Engineer in Ohio and Puerto Rico. His graduate degrees are from the University of Cincinnati (1967) and Ohio State University (1971). He is a former U.S. Air Force Jet Pilot and has served on numerous government commissions concerning the environment.

 

Michael G. Mariscalco, P.E.

Mr. Mariscalco is a professional engineer and management consultant. His experience in the design and construction of manufacturing and process facilities includes project development, plant design, piping, energy and utility systems, industrial ventilation, air pollution control, HVAC and bulk material handling systems. These activities have involved all phases of conceptual planning and design engineering, including electrical and control systems. His background also includes construction management, and forensic engineering.

Mr. Mariscalco is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Mississippi, Arkansas, Indiana, New Jersey, Maryland and Illinois.

 

Peter A. Flaherty, P.E.
Director Of Engineering

Mr. Flaherty is a chemical engineer with specific interest and background in the design and construction of turnkey industrial and environmental process systems. His experience includes evaluation, design, startup and overall project management of a variety of manufacturing processes, as well as wastewater systems for metal finishing, food and beverage manufacturing industries. He has worked closely with clients in regulatory permitting and in the development of operation and maintenance training programs. His design experience includes evaluation of conventional and innovative manufacturing and environmental treatment processes, laboratory treatability, and pilot plant programs, and full scale design of processing systems. Often these projects are managed through equipment procurement, contractor coordination and installation as a design/build or turnkey project.

 

David R. Hale, P.E.

Dave Hale in Moscow, Russia Mr. Hale is a widely experienced engineer with 20 years experience in design, construction, and project management of a wide range of civil, environmental, and industrial engineering projects. This experience includes direct involvement and management in the conception, development, and implementation of engineered solutions for customers in the petroleum, power generation, heavy industrial manufacturing, governmental, and commercial services sectors. His primary areas of professional involvement have been in the area of turnkey design-build projects, where he has designed, fabricated, and managed the construction of over 120 projects ranging from $5,000 to over $15,000,000 in value.

 

Christopher S. Hayden, E.I.T.

Chris Hayden in Yekaterinburg, Russia Mr. Hayden is an electrical engineer with experience designing PLC and PC based control systems. He has designed, and served as project manager for installation and start-up of water and wastewater treatment plants in Brazil, Poland and Russia. He designed the power distribution and electrical control systems for three wastewater treatment plants in Russia. He is expert at PLC programming, Wonderware and AutoCAD. He is experienced in setting up and programming local area networks.

 

Stephen L. Ray, P.E.
Project Engineer
B.S. Mechanical Engineering

Mr. Ray is a Mechanical Engineer with experience in process and utility systems, industrial ventilation, HVAC, and material handling systems. His responsibilities have included equipment specification and procurement, preliminary and final system design, development of construction drawings and system testing. His experience also includes onsite design, engineering, and startup assistance.

 

Rick R. Eggers
Senior Designer

Mr. Eggers has over 20 years experience in the design and construction of industrial energy systems, utility systems, industrial wastewater treatment facilities, industrial ventilation, air pollution control, HVAC and process systems. He has served as a Senior mechanical, structural and architectural designer on a variety of projects. His responsibilities have included on-site investigations, collection of field and equipment data, construction inspection, construction management, preparation of preliminary design concepts through final construction drawings, and coordination of CAD related activities.

 

Daniel M. Edgington
Electrical Designer

Mr. Edgington has 6 years experience in design and implementation of power distribution and control systems. His responsibilities have included system design, control panel design, equipment selection, installation drawings, field service and troubleshooting. He has also been responsible for PLC programming and Operator Interface design and programming.
