Technical Support and Customer Support (Level 1)


Key Tasks:

Working in our Technical Support department this role would suit you if you like direct contact with customers and if you enjoy helping other people.

Job role:

  • First level support for our hosting solutions and domain management.
  • Direct interaction with customers via phone email and online chat.
  • Fault resolution for our services and and products
  • This could be a great first step for someone looking to move in to Technical Support

Minimum requirements:

  • Able to work to a rota system
  • Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows operating Systems.
  • Must be fluent in English – written and spoken
